The entire state was quite positive. The staff always right above and beyond and made me feel like a valued member of this community. At no time did I ever feel like any less. The nurses always took excellent care of me. I had a knee injury. And could not walk very well, and the physical therapy, people also were wonderful. PT wouldn’t the problem beyond the front office staff even took great care of me getting me around when I needed it. If you ever need the care, this is the place to go. Nothing but a positive experience
I’m a caregiver for my friend Larry. He is currently recovering at Willow Springs from surgery. He has been at Willow Springs on two other occasions. I have been at Willow Springs many times to visit Larry. I have personally watched Larry go through his physical therapy sessions and I was impressed with the knowledge and the patience of the therapist. The lobby it’s always clean and the staff at the front desk is always friendly. There’s always a nurse. at the nursing stations. The rooms are clean. Larry tells me that the meals are good.
My mom has had excellent care here! The Doctors and Nurses are wonderful. She feels at home here and we feel so grateful.

My wife spent three and a half months at Willow Springs in Palm Desert early in 2026 after a terrible fall. I visited her almost every day and even tasted some of her meals which I thought were very good. I was particularly impressed at how pleasant the staff was. Almost everyone seemed happy, and greeted me as I passed in the hallways. There were always nurses available at the stations, and the people I met who looked after my wife were caring and professional. As she progressed, we walked throughout the well kept facilities and spent time on the patio. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Willow Springs.
